Cette semaine, les "1er, 3ème et 4ème" sont à l'honneur : Jason Aldean est numéro 1 pour une 4ème semaine, ce qui n'est pas arrivé depuis 19 mois dans le Top Country! le rappeur Kanye "Jackass" West se ridiculise aux MTV Music Video Award, en gâchant les instants de gloire de Taylor Swift. Pourtant, la chanteuse vient de recevoir le tout 1er oscar decerné à un artiste de Country Music par la mythique chaine MTV... Cette semaine, Jason Aldean reste numéro 1 pour un troisième weekend consécutif ! "Big Green Tractor" est encore le Country #1! Ce mercredi, c'était la très attendue publication des nominations de la Country Music Association pour 2009, récompense suprême dans le monde de la country après les Grammy Awards... La liste a été publiée dans un post précédent mais Brad Paisley est le plus nominé de l'année avec 6 awards potentiels... Enfin, Taylor Swift a passé le cap des 10 milions de disques vendus depuis le début de sa jeune carrière...
Terri Clark (photo du bas) est "Triple Play" cette semaine; Terri a sorti son nouvel album lundi au Canada, il sera distribué aux Etats Unis le mois prochain... Ses 2 numéros 1 à ce jour dans le Top Country sont au programme de Country Music Road ce dimanche.
